TORONTO SPORTSMEN'S SHOW 2009
MARCH 21 & 22, 2009

BEST DRESSED BOOTH CONTEST

Once again, the Rare Breed Club of South Western Ontario (RBCSWO) is pleased to provide Exhibitors at the 2009 Sportsmen's Show with an opportunity to “dress up” their booth space, and compete for Best Dressed Booth (sponsored by our site host, the Toronto Sportsman’s Show)!

Exhibitors will compete for the top five placements as judged by Sportsmen's Show personnel.  Booths will be judged as follows:

 EDUCATION

What is the breed's history? What were they bred for?
How much grooming/exercise/training is required?
Education on dog ownership: are they self-promoting,
or do they advocate responsible dog ownership overall?

 REPRESENTATION

Are there representatives of the breed present?
Are there puppies as well as adults?
Can the general public see the dogs easily?

 OVERALL IMPRESSION

What is the overall eye appeal of this presentation?
(i.e., Do you get a "sense" of what this breed is all about?)
Are photos used to display the dogs not only as show dogs,
but doing what they were bred for?
Is color used effectively?
Does the overall appearance make you want
to learn more about this breed?

There is no fee for this event.  All exhibitors are encouraged
to provide as much information as they can, to help
educate the general public on the various breeds that are
represented at our shows.

Good Luck to All!
